How do I heat the meals?

Microwave from chilled. Loosen the lid to allow steam to escape & avoid burns. Microwave on full power for 3 minutes. Check food is piping hot.

What is the fridge life on the meals?

The meals are ideal to suit your busy lifestyle by having a 3 or 4 day fridge life, or they can be frozen.

Storage Instructions: Keep refrigerated and use within use-by-date. Freeze within use-by-date for up to 5 weeks. Do not refreeze. Defrost before heating.

Is there a delivery charge?

Free delivery for orders over £20 and within a 3.5 mile radius of Slaithwaite Village Centre or Stockport, and £5 for orders under £20.

For deliveries between 3.5 and 8 miles there is a £5 delivery fee.

For deliveries between 8 and 21 miles there is a £10 delivery fee.

Where do I collect the meals from?

My kitchen is based at the Masonic Lodge, Britannia Rd, Slaithwaite HD7 5HF, or Stockport, please contact us for the address.

Collection days are Tuesday and Thursday.

Is there a minimum charge?

There is no minimum charge.

How do I place an order?

You can place your order via either, Telephone, Text message, Email, Facebook Messenger, or via this website.

Is there a deadline for orders?

Yes, all my meals are made fresh three days a week and can be delivered or collected the same day.

Please order before 6 pm on:

Sunday for Tuesday Collection or Delivery
Tuesday for Thursday Collection or Delivery
Thursday for Friday Delivery

How do I pay for the order?

Credit or Debit Card – Online debit or credit card payments, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

BACS – On receipt of your order, you will be sent a message with BACS details to transfer payment and also arrange collection or delivery.
