I work for the ambulance service and like so many others I spent my christmas day looking after the many. the wonderful... people at plan eat delivered a fab christmas lunch prepped meal which honestly made my Christmas day so much better. I'm on week 7/8 of eating Planeat meals.. Opting for the salt and pepper chicken and steak with veg. Prior to getting... in touch with Sally I was buying crap from the local shop each Thursday and Friday, feeling tired afterwards and a few quid down. These meals are so tasty on the odd occasion I've eaten them both in the same day and a day earlier than planned.. I know that's not the idea but it's testament to the effort that clearly goes into each meal that I look forward to them arriving. Sally messages each wk to confirm my order and hand delivers them taking away an hassle at all. Apart from that she's a local lass from HD7 who's take a leap of faith to back herself. I was lucky enough to win a 7 day meal plan voucher. I had my last meal yesterday and i have to say I have genuinely... enjoyed everyone. I went for menu 2 and took the meals for lunch at work. The portion size was more than what I'd normally eat at lunch time, but none of the meals made me feel tired and sluggish after infact quiet the opposite. I’ve had these meals for a week. Struggled with what to cook for my meals, trying to eat clean to lose weight. The... meals was very filling and didn’t want to snack in between. During the week of being on these meals I’ve lost 3lb! The best bit about it was finishing work and not having to worry about having to start cooking! The presentation was 10/10 and so was the taste!
